Update your ANZ Transactive mobile app to the latest version
From 5 November 2022, you can download the latest version of the ANZ Transactive mobile app. Alternatively, you will receive a pop-up message from 12 November when you open the app. Please tap Update Now to download the latest version of the app on your device.
To receive the best experience using the ANZ Transactive mobile app, please ensure you always have the latest version of the app installed on your device.
Unsupported OS version for your ANZ Transactive mobile app
From 12 November 2022, if you have an unsupported OS version for your ANZ Transactive mobile app, you will receive a pop-up message on your device. Go to Settings on your device to update the OS version or contact ANZ Customer Service Centre for assistance.
Minimum specifications are:
- Apple Operation System - iOS version 13 or higher
- Android Operating System - Android version 9.0 or higher
International Payment Tracking for STP payments
From 28 November 2022, an enhancement to International Payment Tracking allows you to view tracking information for eligible straight-through processing (STP) international payments completed via ANZ Fileactive. You can view this information from the Payments > International Payment Tracking menu.

Enhancement to Transactive Trade dashboard
From 21 November 2022, an enhancement to the Transactive Trade home screen will improve your dashboard experience. You can now view Discrepancy Notices, Tracers, Returned by Bank transactions, Transactions for Processing, Pre-Debit Notifications and Transactions for Authorisations in easy-to-view tiles. Click on the number of transactions in the tile to view the details in the grid. Click Customise Dashboard to update your dashboard preferences between tiles and grids.
