Administration Reports allows you to setup, schedule, manage and share with other users Administration reports to suit your needs. Report Profiles can be run on an ad hoc basis, scheduled to run at a particular time and saved for future use. Only saved reports are displayed on screen.
- Click on a row to view the View Report Profile screen
- Right-click on a row to Run, Edit, Copy or Delete a Report Profile
Control Bar
| NAME | DESCRIPTION |

| View | Change the View to display Scheduled and Not Scheduled reports. |
| New | Click New to create a new Report Profile. |
| Edit | Edit a Report Profile. |
| Copy | Copy a Report Profile. |
| Delete | Delete a Report Profile. |
| Group | Group data on the screen by predefined criteria. |
| Filter | Filter data on the screen. Enter criteria into one or more text boxes that are under each column heading to display matching records. |
| Export | Export the records on screen into a CSV file. |
| Refresh | Refresh the records on screen. |
| Settings | Use Settings to save the View and Group selected. |

| Previous Run Date | Previous date and time the report was generated. |
| Next Run Date | For Scheduled Report Profiles, the next scheduled run date and time. |
| End Date | For Scheduled Report Profiles, the end date of the scheduled report. |
