This month, you will observe some minor modifications to your Log On screen. These updates provide improved visibility of the warning message and remove the password method for security device users. The updates include:
The warning message will now have a red warning icon and an orange background
The 'New User Activation' link is visible on every log on screen
The 'Password' log on method will not be visible for users with an activated security device, therefore users are required to log on to ANZ Transactive with their physical token or ANZ Digital Key
In addition, if there have been a number of failed logon attempts, your account will be locked for 30 minutes. Please review your logon details or contact our Customer Service Centre for assistance.
Create ANZ Transactive APEA payments in ANZ Transactive - Global
From Monday 6 November 2023, all eligible 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) ANZ Transactive APEA users (excl. Japan) can create payments from the Asia & Pacific Payments menu in ANZ Transactive - Global. Users with initiator access can create payments using a template, upload file or existing payment. Payment types and payment methods are based on country and user entitlements.
Simply log in to ANZ Transactive - Global using your existing ANZ Transactive APEA user credentials and select the Asia & Pacific Payments menu.

NPP enhancements to inward cross-border payments - coming soon
From 1 December 2023, New Payments Platform (NPP) participating banks can process the final domestic leg of the inbound cross-border payment via NPP. This service significantly increases the end-to-end speed of your payments, allowing 24/7 processing.
As part of this enhancement, you will notice minor updates to the inward payment instructions from the participating banks.

New 'Guarantees & Standby LC's' menu - coming soon
All Trade Finance users can access the new Guarantees & Standby LC's menu in ANZ Transactive - Global when logging on using 2-factor authentication from December 2023. This menu allows eligible users to view, approve, and send Guarantees and Standby Letters of Credit for repair based on your current user entitlements. You can also create, edit, copy, delete, email, schedule, and download reports for transactions in the Pending Transactions, Current Instruments, and Past Instruments screens. All other trade transactions are available from the Trade Finance menus.
New 'Deposits' menu in the ANZ Transactive Mobile app
ANZ is pleased to announce that Deposits will be available in the ANZ Transactive mobile app from 25 November 2023. The new Deposits feature will provide users with the ability to view Outstanding, Rolled Over and Matured term deposits that they have access to. Users will be able to toggle between a Summary view of current terms and a History view that will enable them to view historical and accrued details of their term deposits. Users will need Version 18.0.0 of the ANZ Transactive mobile app to be able to access this new feature.
From Monday 27 November 2023, users in Australia can contact the Customer Protection team using the new One-Time Access Code function. To report any fraudulent or unusual activity on your account(s), follow the steps below:
Click Contact from the ANZ Transactive – Global application banner
Choose Australia from the location drop-down list
Click Report Fraudulent or Unusual Activity
Dial the unique phone number and enter the One Time Access Code when prompted
The phone number and access code is valid for 90 seconds. If the 90 seconds has expired:
Click Retry to generate a new phone number and access code or
Dial the Wholesale Digital Customer Protection team on 13 70 28 or contact them via email at fraud@anz.com

Two Factor Authentication is now available in the ANZ Transactive mobile app
For an increased level of security, use your ANZ Digital Key or security device to access your ANZ Transactive mobile app along with your usual preferred login method. To enable Two Factor Authentication login:
Log in to your ANZ Transactive mobile app
Tap Settings from the menu
Tap Security
Enable Two Factor Authentication login
Use your ADK or security device to approve the change
You will need Version 18.0.0 of the ANZTransactive mobile app to be able to access this new functionality.
