ANZ Transactive Mobile offers a range of functionality from ANZ Transactive - Global and ANZ Transactive Trade in a convenient mobile app.

This 30-minute session will demonstrate the ANZ Transactive Mobile app, with a particular focus on:

• How to set-up and use the mobile app
• Key Features, including viewing accounts and approving transactions
• Support Materials

From 29 April 2024, Company Administrators can access a new Account Details report, from the Account Management menu. The report provides account details including product entitlement, account discretion and division details. Users will be able to generate the CSV report through:

1. The Control Bar
2. Context menu
3. Account Management screen

From 29 April 2024, Administration screens will undergo the following enhancements:

• All administration reports will be available to download in CSV and PDF.
• The Authorisation Panel screen layouts will undergo minor changes.
• The Reject User changes window is modified to include a mandatory rejection reason.

From April, Balance and Transaction Reports (BTR), Deposit and Nostro reports will be available from the new Account Reports menu in ANZ Transactive - Global in the coming weeks. Eligible users can create, schedule, email, download, edit, copy, and delete reports from this new menu. Your report profiles and scheduled reports will also be migrated from Report Centre across to the new menu.

Once your organisation has been transitioned to the new menu, your account reports will no longer be available from the Report Centre.

All other geographies will be migrated at a later stage.

From the 30 April 2024, we will be updating selected Service Request custom roles for organisations operating in both Australia and New Zealand geographies. The updates impact Role Permissions for Service Requests Version 2.0 users with access to Manage Periodic/Automatic Payments. In preparation for enabling New Zealand accounts for Automatic Payments, we will align the role permissions for Australian and New Zealand payment management permissions. Administrators within Role Management can view the Role Permissions assigned to each role and create and edit custom roles. ANZ recommend that Administrators regularly review roles within ANZ Transactive – Global.

From the 30 April 2024, we will be updating selected Cash Management Roles for organisations operating in both Australia and New Zealand geographies. The updates impact some User Permissions for Service Requests Version 2.0 users with access to Manage Periodic/Automatic Payments. In preparation for enabling New Zealand accounts for Automatic Payments, we will align the user permissions for Australian and New Zealand payment management permissions. Administrators within User Management can view the Permissions assigned to each user and create and edit users. ANZ recommend that Administrators regularly review users within ANZ Transactive – Global.
