From 29 April 2024, text messages received from ANZ to your registered mobile number will now display an ANZ specific Sender ID. Known as SMS alpha tags, we will replace the ANZ phone number with an ANZ sender ID to comply with Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and Hong Kong Association of Bankers (HKAB) requirements. All notifications and One-Time Passwords (OTP) sent via SMS to users in Hong Kong will now display this tag.

Generate a confirmation letter for your account(s) from the Service Requests' Accounts & Legal Entities menu in ANZ Transactive - Global.
The Account Confirmation Letter is generated on an ANZ letterhead and can be downloaded to PDF. The letter contains details such as the account name, account number, bank-state-branch (BSB) number and ANZ SWIFT code, which can be sent to your suppliers.
View Automatic Payment Details (New Zealand)View and export the details of active automatic payments on your New Zealand domiciled account(s) from the Service Requests' Payments & Transactions menu in ANZ Transactive - Global.

- be processed instantaneously; and
- delete ANZ Transactive - Global users from all applicable product families:
- Cash Management (Australia and New Zealand)
- Customer Administration (Australia and New Zealand)
- Commercial Cards (Australia and New Zealand)
- FX Services (Australia and New Zealand)
- Loans (Australia)
- Institutional Insights (Australia).
Delete Account (Australia and New Zealand) will:
- be available for New Zealand geography and New Zealand domiciled accounts; and
- be processed instantaneously.

The Commercial Cards menu includes:
- The Billing Entity screen with connected cardholders and a quick view of available funds
- Card details, including available funds, spend caps and various card limits
- Transactions grouped into Details, Outstanding and Declined views, allowing users to also search for a particular payment using transaction-specific details
Users will require app version 19.1.0 or higher to access the new feature.
