From 22 June 2024, all users logging directly into ANZ Transactive Cash Asia will be redirected to the ANZ Transactive – Global log on page. You can access ANZ Transactive – Global with your existing ANZ Transactive Cash Asia user credentials. In the coming months, additional functionality will be provided to you in ANZ Transactive – Global, upgrading all your ANZ Institutional banking products and services to ANZ Transactive – Global in a phased approach by May 2025.
In ANZ Transactive - Global, use the Accounts menu for Balance and Transaction Reporting (BTR) and the Applications menu to access ANZ Transactive Cash Asia to complete your payments. If you currently use ANZ Transactive Cash Asia for BTR, we recommend using BTR in ANZ Transactive – Global, as we will soon be removing this functionality in ANZ Transactive Cash Asia.
In the event that your User ID is not retained on the ANZ Transactive - Global log on page, we recommend taking note of your User ID prior to 22 June.

Generate Account Confirmation Letter (Australia and New Zealand)
Generate a confirmation letter for your account(s) from the Service Requests' Accounts & Legal Entities menu in ANZ Transactive - Global.
The Account Confirmation Letter is generated on ANZ letterhead and can be downloaded to PDF. The letter contains details such as the account name, account number, bank-state-branch (BSB) number and ANZ SWIFT code, which can be sent to your suppliers.
View Automatic Payment Details (New Zealand)View and export the details of active automatic payments on your New Zealand domiciled account(s) from the Service Requests' Payments & Transactions menu in ANZ Transactive - Global.
