As part of ANZ’s commitment to enhance your digital banking experience, we are upgrading all customers from ANZ Transactive Cash Asia to ANZ Transactive - Global. To assist with your upgrade to ANZ Transactive - Global, we will be conducting a series of training webinars designed to help you familiarise yourself with ANZ Transactive - Global, including features and benefits.
The 30-minute session focuses on Balance & Transaction Reporting (BTR) capability within ANZ Transactive - Global. Topics we will cover in this webinar include:
- How to navigate the Accounts menu;
- Creating and scheduling reports;
- Customising your workspace;
- Using the ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app;
- Support materials; and
- Q&A (via MS Teams chat)

New Account Reports menu
In the coming weeks, additional users across Australia, New Zealand and Asia will be upgraded to the new Account Reports menu. Once upgraded, you will notice the Reports option from the Accounts menu in ANZ Transactive – Global.Shared Reports
You can now:- Edit, copy and delete Shared reports
- Filter reports grid by My Reports or Shared Reports
- Create and manage all your account reports from the new menu
Emailed Reports
As part of this upgrade, if you have provisioned to deliver your scheduled reports by email, you will receive your reports in a ZIP file format, which you can continue to access using your report retrieval code.
Standard Reports
The following standard system generated shared reports will no longer be available from Report Centre and Favourite Reports widget and will not be copied over to the new menu. If these reports are required post upgrade, please recreate these reports.- Daily Statement
- Monthly Statement
- Monthly Bal Summary
- Removal of Daily Acc Summary

Key enhancements include:
- Modernised user interface with a sleek and intuitive design that ensures effortless navigation across all devices.
- Simplified and centralised content organisation by providing information in a logical order, allowing you to find what you need quickly and efficiently in one location.
- Enhanced visual appeal by offering a fresh new look and feel with updated visuals that align with our brand identity.
- Integration of channel content, allowing you to learn more about our digital channels including ANZ Transactive – Global, ANZ Transactive Trade, ANZ Fileactive, and more.
- Incorporated functional features by adding new sections including, Jump to; Security features and What’s new?
- The user has access to ANZ Transactive - Global only or ANZ Transactive - Global plus ANZ Liquidity Management
- If the user has a Commercial Cards role, they only have the Reporting Officer role
- will now be processed instantaneously; and
- will allow you to delete ANZ Transactive - Global users from all applicable product families:
- Cash Management (Australia and New Zealand)
- Customer Administration (Australia and New Zealand)
- Commercial Cards (Australia and New Zealand)
- FX Services (Australia and New Zealand)
- Loans (Australia)
- Institutional Insights (Australia).
