To resubmit a payment that has failed due to insufficient funds and is in an Insufficient Funds status, follow the steps below.
- The payment will not require additional approval but needs to be resubmitted prior to the cut-off time on the same value date once there is sufficient funds in the account
- Use Method 2 to resubmit several payments at the same time
|1||Go to the Payments > Current Payments screen|
|2||Locate the payment and use one of the following methods to resubmit the payment:
|3||Click Yes in the confirmation pop-up window.
RESULT:A confirmation message is displayed advising that the payment has been resubmitted for processing. Check the payment status to confirm if the payment has been processed successfully.
