Stop Payment – ANZ Digital Services Help

To stop a payment that is in a Future Dated status, follow the steps below.

Use Method 2 to stop several payments at the same time.

STEP	ACTION
1	Go to the Payments > Current Payments screen
2	Locate the payment and use one of the following methods to stop the payment: Method 1: Right-click on the payment and click Stop on the Context Menu Method 2: Select the payment(s) and click Actions > Stop on the Control Bar Method 3: Click on the payment in the list to display the Payment Details screen and then click Stop on the Control Bar
3	Click Yes in the confirmation pop-up window. RESULT:A confirmation message is displayed advising that the payment has been stopped and the payment status changes to Draft.
