Copy Payment – ANZ Digital Services Help

To reduce the risk of fraud, ANZ recommends you always validate beneficiary details when using the copy payment function.

Depending on the status of a payment and when it was processed, a payment will be available to copy in either the Current Payments or Past Payments screens.

To copy the details of a payment in a Future Dated or Processing status, Copy Payment in Current Payments:

You can also copy payments in a Completed, Completed with Error or Bank Rejected status that have been processed in the last 30 calendar days from the Current Payments screen.

STEP	ACTION
1	Go to the Payments > Current Payments screen
2	Locate the payment and use one of the following methods to copy the payment: Method 1: Right-click on the payment and click Copy on the Context Menu Method 2: Select the payment and click Actions > Copy on the Control Bar Method 3: Click on the payment in the list to display the Payment Details screen and then click Copy on the Control Bar RESULT: The payment is created in a Draft status.
3	Click on the payment to view the Payment Details Screen

To copy the details of a payment in a Completed, Completed with Error or Bank Rejected status, Copy Payment in Past Payments:

STEP	ACTION
1	Go to the Payments > Past Payments screen
2	Enter your search criteria into the search fields and click Search (Value Date and Division Name are mandatory)
3	Use one of the following methods to copy the payment: Method 1: Right-click on the payment and click Copy on the Context Menu Method 2: Select the payment and click Actions > Copy on the Control Bar Method 3: Click on the payment in the list to display the Payment Details screen and then click Copy on the Control Bar RESULT: The payment is created in a Draft status.
