Delete Template – ANZ Digital Services Help

To delete a payment template that is in a Draft, Needs Repair, Approver Rejected or Approved status, follow the steps below.

Use Method 2 to delete several template at the same time

STEP	ACTION
1	Go to the Payments > Template screen
2	Locate the template and use one of the following methods to delete a template: Method 1: Right-click on the template and click Delete on the Context Menu Method 2: Select the template(s) and click Actions > Delete on the Control Bar Method 3: Click on the template to display the Template Details screen and then click Delete on the Control Bar
3	Click Yes in the confirmation pop-up window RESULT: A confirmation message is displayed advising that the template(s) has been deleted and the template status changes to Deleted.
