View Payment

Depending on the payment status and when it was processed, the payment will be available to view in either the Current Payments or Past Payments screens.

Are you looking for a payment that has not yet been sent for processing?

View Payment in Current Payments
Current Payments also displays a list of payments that have been processed within the last 30 calendar days.
STEP ACTION
1 Go to the Payments > Current Payments screen
2  Locate the payment you want to view. There are several ways to find a payment: 
  • Use the View menu if you are looking for a payment in a particular status. Choose from My Payments, Payments For My Action, Payments For My Approval, Needs Rate, Payments For Repair, Approved Payments, Rejected Payments or Future Dated Payments.
  • Use Filter on the Control Bar. Enter criteria into one or more text boxes that are under each column heading to display matching records.
  • Sort columns by clicking on the column heading. The column will reorder in ascending order. Click again to order in descending order.
 3  Click on the payment to view the Payment Details Screen

Are you looking for a payment that has been processed?

View Payment in Past Payments
Past Payments displays a list of all your payments that have been processed by ANZ in the last 24 months and are in a Completed, Completed with Error or a Bank Rejected status.
STEP ACTION
1 Go to the Payments > Past Payments screen
 2 Enter your search criteria into the search fields and click Search (Value Date and Division Name are mandatory)
 3 Click on the payment to view the Payment Details Screen
