If your organisation is set up with a Dual or Triple Administration Model, you will need to approve or reject certain actions made to a user.
STEP

Go to the Administration > User Management screen.

Locate the user and use one of the following methods to reject the action made to the user:
Method 1: Right-click on the user and click Reject on the Context Menu.
Method 2: Select the user and click Actions > Reject on the Control Bar.
Method 3: Click on the user in the list to display the User Management screen and then click Reject on the Control Bar.
RESULT: A Reject User changes window is displayed requesting a rejection comment.

Enter your rejection comment and click Reject to confirm your action.

OUTCOME
Creation of user
The user will now have a Deleted user status and an Approved workflow status.
Modifications made to permissions
The changes made to the user will not be implemented and the user's workflow status will update to Approved.
Password generation
The User Status will remain as it was and the workflow status will update to Approved.
Enabling the user
The user will have a Disabled user status and an Approved workflow status.
Deleting the user
The User Status will remain Disabled and the workflow status is Approved.
