Modify User Details (name, address, email, phone number)
For ANZ Managed users, complete a User Security Profile Update Form. ANZ will update the user's details after the form has been received.
For Company Managed users, follow the steps below.
To check who manages a user, go to the User Management screen and click View > Managed By on the Control Bar.

2 | Locate the user and use one of the following methods to move the user into edit mode:

3 | Edit the user details as required. The following fields are editable:

4 | Click Save on the Control Bar

Add Roles to a user

Edit a user's Permission Settings within a Role
STEP | ACTION |

1 | Go to the Administration > User Management screen |
2 | Locate the user and use one of the following methods to move the user into edit mode:

3 | Tick the Permission Settings icon for the role

Remove a user's Role

1 | Go to the Administration > User Management screen |
2 | Locate the user and use one of the following methods to move the user into edit mode:

3 | Tick the checkbox next to role(s) in the list you want to remove and click Remove Permissions.

Edit a user's Authorisation Group
