To edit an ANZ Managed user, please refer to Digital Channels Service Requests > Amend User or complete a User Security Profile Update Form. ANZ will update the user's details as per your request.

To check if a user is ANZ Managed or Company Managed, your organisation's administrators can go to the User Management screen and click View > Managed By on the Control Bar.
Modify User Details (name, address, email, phone number)
To edit a Company Managed user, follow the steps below.

Update Accounts/Account Groups to a user
Account Group Management enables your organisation to group a set of accounts together. You can then entitle the account group to one or more users. When an account group is modified, this is reflected in all users that have permissions to the account group.

Edit a user's Permission Settings within a Role
