Locate the user and use one of the following methods to delete the user:
Method 1: Right-click on the user and click Delete on the Context Menu
Method 2: Select the user and click Actions > Delete on the Control Bar
Method 3: Click on the user in the list to display the User Details screen and then click Delete on the Control Bar

Click Yes in the confirmation pop-up window
RESULT: The result depends on the Administration Model being used:
For organisations that require one Administrator to approve administration changes, a confirmation message is displayed advising that the user has been deleted. The user's workflow status is set to Approved.
For organisations that require two or more administrators to approve administration changes, the request will require additional approval. The user’s workflow status is set to Pending Approval - Delete. The user will remain in the Disabled status until the Delete action is either approved or rejected by another Administrator.
