The Payer List screen allows you to set up and manage a list of payers that you commonly make direct debits to, so that the payer details can be used for future direct debits.
- Right-click on a row to display the Context Menu where you can View, Edit, Delete, Approve, Reject or to move the payer to a folder you have created
- Click on a row to view the Payer Details
If your organisation needs to approve payers, each payer must be approved by a user with appropriate permissions before it can be used in a direct debit.
|Pending Approval||The payer has been created and is awaiting approval. Once approved, it will move to an Approved status.|
|Creation Rejected||The creation of a payer has been rejected by an Approver. It will need to be edited if necessary and resubmitted for approval.|
|Modification Pending Approval||The payer details have been modified and are awaiting approval by an Approver.|
|Deletion Pending Approval||The payer has been deleted from the Payer List and is awaiting approval by an Approver.|
|Deleted||The payer has been deleted from the Payer List and is awaiting approval by an Approver.|
|Modification Rejected||The modifications made to a payer or the deletion of a payer has been rejected.|
|Approved||The payer is ready for use.|

|View||Change the View to display payers Awaiting Approval, Active or Rejected or those that are in one of your folders.|
|New||Click New to create a payer.|
|Approve||Approve a payer in a Pending Approval status.|
|Reject||Reject a payer in a Pending Approval status.|
|Actions||Use the Actions menu to perform an action on one or more selected payers. Choose from View, Edit, Delete, Approve, Reject or Move to Folder.|
|Group||Group data on the screen by predefined criteria.|
|Filter||Filter data on the screen. Enter criteria into one or more text boxes that are under each column heading to display matching records.|
|Export||Export the records on screen into a CSV file.|
|Refresh||Refresh the records on screen.|
|Settings||Use Settings to save the View and Group selected.|

|Payer ID||The system generated Payer ID.|
|Account||The payer’s account number.|
|Payer Name||The name of the payer.|
|My Payer ID||The Payer Code that is typically in your ERP system.|
|Status||The status of the payer.|
|Payer Bank Name||The payer’s Bank Name.|
|Branch Name||The payer’s Bank Branch Name.|
|Payer Bank Country||The payer’s Bank country.|
|Division Name||The Division under which the payer is saved and available for use.|
To view payer details from the Payer List screen, select a payer from the list. Details of the payer are displayed including any errors or alerts associated with the payer.
Payer Details Control Bar
The control bar items displayed at the bottom of the screen are determined by the status of the payer and your user permissions.

|Cancel||Close the Payer Details screen and return to the Payer List screen.|
|Edit||Edit the details of a payer.|
|Approve||Approve a new payer or approve modifications made to a payer.|
|Reject||Reject a new payer or reject modifications made to a payer.|
|Delete||Delete a payer in a Pending Approval, Creation Rejected, Modification Rejected, Modification Pending Approval or Approved status.|
|Payer Audit History||Displays a Payer Audit History pop-up window that shows the actions performed on a payer by an Administrator. Click on the action hyperlinks to view event history information.
