Depending on the direct debit status and when it was processed, the direct debit will be available to view in either the Current Direct Debits or Past Direct Debits screens.

View Direct Debit in Current Direct Debits
Current Direct Debits also displays a list of direct debits that have been processed within the last 30 calendar days.

1 | Go to the Receivables > Current Direct Debits screen |
2 | Locate the direct debit you want to view. There are several ways to find a direct debit:

Are you looking for a direct debit that has been processed?
View Direct Debit in Past Direct Debits
Past Direct Debits displays a list of all your direct debits that have been processed by ANZ in the last 24 months and are in a Completed, Completed with Error or a Bank Rejected status.
STEP | ACTION |
1 | Go to the Receivables > Past Direct Debits screen |
2 | Enter your search criteria into the search fields and click Search (Value Date and Division Name are mandatory) |
3 | Click on the direct debit to view the Direct Debit Details Screen |
