The Deposits Search Screen allows you to perform searches for deposits using a combination of different criteria.
|Change the View to display and manage saved searches.
|Click Reports to request a Deposit Summary Report for one or more selected deposits.
|Click Search to display or hide the Advanced Search criteria fields.
|Group data on the screen by predefined criteria.
|Filter data on the screen. Enter criteria into one or more text boxes that are under each column heading to display matching records.
|Export the records on screen into a CSV file.
|Refresh the records on screen.
|Use Settings to save the View and Group selected.
To complete any type of search, a Deposit Number or Deposit Date must be entered. Searches on fields that are left blank, will return all available data for that field. Each search field has different criteria that can be entered or selected from an existing list.
- Deposit Number values: Choose Equal To or Not Equal To. To add a value, click Add and select the deposits to include in the search criteria.
- Amount values: Choose from Equal To, Note Equal To, Greater Than, Less Than, Between
- Date values: Choose from Specific Date, Date Range, Rolling Dates
To complete a search, follow the steps below.
|Add one or more Deposit Numbers and/or select a Deposit Date
|Refine the search further by including one or more of the following into the search criteria:
|To perform another search or to save the search, click Search on the Control Bar.
RESULT: The search criteria fields are displayed.

|The date on which the deposit was made.
|The starting balance of the deposit.
|Currency code of the deposit.
|The date on which the deposit is due to mature. Note that Call Deposits do not have a Maturity Date.
|Total balance yielded by the deposit at the end of the term.
|Company to which the deposit belongs.
|Term deposit number.
|Deposit status: Outstanding, Rolled Over or Matured.
|Interest rate at which the deposit is held.
|Name of the bank holding the deposit.
