From 30 November 2024, Australian Domiciled Foreign Currency Accounts will be enabled in ANZ Transactive — Global for Manage Accounts & Legal Entities service requests.

From Monday 2 December 2024, the following improvements will be made to the Administration menu in ANZ Transactive - Global:

• Implementing Mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) for Multi-Jurisdiction Administrators: Company administrators with access to China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Vietnam must complete KYC requirements in all jurisdictions before managing administrator features.
  • This requirement does not apply to company administrators in Australia and New Zealand without access to the regions listed above.
  • Users who receive this error message will need to contact their ANZ representative to complete KYC in the geographies that they operate in.

• Expanded User Deletion Capability: Company administrators can now delete bank-managed users with access to: 
  • ANZ Cashactive Control - AU, ANZ Cashactive Control - NZ,
  • ANZ Cashactive Virtual - AU, ANZ Cashactive Virtual - NZ,
  • ANZ Cashactive VAM,
  • ANZ Fileactive and ANZ Fileactive (Cloud),
  • ANZ Payment Solutions,
  • ANZ Cash Management Central,
  • NPP Agency,
  • ANZ Transactive Trade, ANZ Transactive APEA and ANZ Online and
  • Internet Enquiry Access

• New Applications Section: A dedicated Applications section will be added to the User Management screen, showing which applications a user has access to.

• Administration Reports:
  • User Summary Report: Now includes a 'Security Device Info' column for active security devices.
  • New Account Group Report: Provides details of account groups (e.g. name, status, currency, account details)
  • New Division Details Report: Displays division details (e.g. product, payment purpose, authorisation model)

From 9 December 2024, the following enhancements will improve your customer and digital banking experience.

• The advice notifications will now be available in a PDF format, allowing better usage for document preparation such as copying text from the advice and pasting it directly into your shipping documents. The TIFF format will no longer be available.
• The Receivable Finance invoice selection process will now show the total value of selected invoices automatically, eliminating manual calculations. The screens will also display a running tally of selected invoices for financing and authorisation. You can also auto-group invoices based on a user input value.
• The Trade Loan ‘payment method’ field will be simplified by removing irrelevant payment methods for each jurisdiction, with additional field and layout changes for Australia.

From 9 December 2024, the latest ANZ Digital Key (ADK) app, version 24.2, will be available for download on Android and iPhone globally. This will reflect a complete interface re-design, based on user feedback, with some notable enhancements including:

• A padlock animation during sign in
• Screen headings 
• Less pop-up boxes for a cleaner experience
• A more user-friendly design.

From Monday 16 December 2024, users in Australia and New Zealand with Create FX Contracts or Create & Manage FX Contracts entitlements will be able to view their Foreign Currency Account Balances when creating an FX contract.

In the Create Contract screen, users will be able to view the accounts they are entitled to, with the ability to refresh the balances and filter accounts by Account Name, Account ID, Currency or Account Balance as needed. For more information on creating an FX Contract, please refer to our Create Contract Screen article.
