March Announcements 2025

From March 2025, you can view selected content in ANZ Digital Services Help in multiple languages. Just use the new language option at the top-right of the screen to select Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, or Traditional Chinese to read all articles in these categories:

• Important Information
• Features by geography
• Getting Started
• Accounts
• Administration
• Asia & Pacific Payments
• Payments
• Receivables

All other articles will continue to be displayed in English until translated in future releases.

From 8 March, the following improvements will be made to the Administrations menu in ANZ Transactive - Global:

• Expanded Delete User Capability: In addition to the existing Delete User functionality, Australian and New Zealand Company Administrators can now delete ANZ Managed users with the following Commercial Cards roles: Authorised Signatory, Authorised Signatory + Identification Officer, Identification Officer, User Administration and User Administration Reporting.

• Division Search for user roles: If your organisation has multiple Divisions, you can now use the new Search function when entitling roles to users.

• Other Settings changes:

  If your organisation has more than five Divisions and/or five Authorisation Panels, you can now filter data on the screen. Enter criteria into one or more text boxes that are under each column heading to display matching records.

               In the Division Details screen, you can now click on a link to view your Authorisation Panel details.

• Account Management changes:

  Eligible India accounts will display Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) and Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) Expiry Date details.

                  Eligible Philippines accounts will display Date of Information details.

From March 1, you can now view your downloaded reports separately in the new Downloads feature within the Application Banner of ANZ Transactive - Global.
This new feature allows for clear segregation between between reports and messages/notifications from ANZ:

• Downloads: All report downloads from ad hoc and scheduled requests will be accessible via Downloads.
• Notification Centre: News, announcements, events, and service notifications will continue to be accessible here.

From 8 March, the daily approval limit for International Payments in ANZ Transactive — Global will be increased from $25,000 to unlimited.

This change is in response to a growing demand for International Payments. While the overall payment limits have been revised, Administrators can set individual User Approval Discretions. To view or amend an Approval Discretion for a user (including for International payments), please refer to the 'Cash Management Roles & Permission Settings' section in the User Permissions article in ANZ Digital Services Help.
