It is recommended to periodically clear Cache and Cookies on your computer. Instructions vary depending on your nominated browser.
Google Chrome
- Open your Google Chrome browser
- Click More (3 dot icon on the top right of browser)
- Click Settings > Clear browsing data
- Choose a Time range, e.g. All time
- Tick Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
- Click Clear Data
Microsoft Edge
- Open your Microsoft Edge browser
- Click Menu (3 dot icon on the top right of browser)
- Click Settings > Privacy, search, and services
- Click Choose what to clear under Clear browsing data
- Tick Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
- Click Clear Now
Mozilla Firefox
- Open your Mozilla Firefox browser
- Click Menu option (3 line icon from the top right of browser)
- Click History > Clear Recent History
- Choose a Time range, e.g. Everything
- Tick Cookies and Cache
- Click OK
Apple Safari
- Open your Safari browser on your Mac
- Click Safari > Preferences
- Click Privacy > Manage Website Data
- If required, select a website > Remove
- Click Remove All to remove from all websites
