e-Statements for eligible AU accounts are available for statements issued from January 2020. To generate an e-Statement, follow the steps below:

STEP	ACTION
1	Go to the Accounts > e-Statements screen:
2	Select an account from the drop-down list Only eligible accounts are available to select from the drop-down list If a user is entitled to an eligible account, they are also able to download the accounts e-Statements
3	Select a date range. Choose from: Week to Yesterday Previous Week Month to Yesterday Previous Month Last 3 Months Specific Date Date Range (you can select a date range up to six months)
4	Click Get Statements RESULT: A list of statements issued for the date range is displayed.
5	Click Download Only one statement can be downloaded at a time RESULT: The PDF statement is available to open or save.

 

If you have both Accounts and Approvals access, you will be able to access a new Settings menu and select the default homepage to be displayed upon log in. Choose from  Accounts or Approvals.

The menu will now have a Feedback link that displays a popup message advising that you will be taken to a web browser to open the feedback form.

You will now be able to obtain additional information about specific Direct Entry, credit transactions for eligible AU accounts. The additional information provided includes the following:

• Lodgement Reference
• DE UserName
• Account Name
• BSB Number
• BSB Name
• BSB Branch Address
• Financial Institution

To View Transaction Details, follow the steps below:

STEP	ACTION
1	Click New on the Control Bar from the Cash Management Service Requests Screen
2	Click View Transaction Details:
3	Select an account from the drop-down list:
4	Enter search criteria to find the transaction: Select a Specific Date or Date Range from the Post Date calendar(s) Select an Amount Equal To or Between the transaction value Amount should be greater than 0 and less than 99,999,999,999.99.
5	Click Search RESULT: A list of matching transactions are displayed.
6	Double click on a transaction to view the Transaction Details in a pop-up window:

You will now be able to cancel an existing service request for the following request types:

• Signatories
• Digital Channel Maintenance
• Accounts
• Others

And for the following Payment and Transaction request types:

• Add/Amend/Close Periodical Payment
• Return Incorrectly Received Funds (only if request status is ’Pending Approval’)
• Recall Payment (only if request status is ’Pending Approval’)

Foreign currency Accounts will now be available for selection when submitting a Trace Transaction service request.
