August 2020 - Downloading Reports from ANZ Transactive - AU & NZ (Legacy)

By the end of September 2020, ANZ will decommission our legacy transaction banking platform ANZ Transactive - AU & NZ. After the platform is decommissioned you will no longer be able to access ANZ Transactive - AU & NZ to download Payments and Administration reports for activity that occurred prior to your transition to ANZ Transactive Global.

It is encouraged that you download all necessary payments and administration reports by 26 September 2020. 

Downloading Reports from ANZ Transactive - AU & NZ

Download Payment Reports

STEP	ACTION
1	From ANZ Transactive Global access the Applications menu. Select ANZ Transactive – AU & NZ
2	A new window will open for ANZ Transactive – AU & NZ ANZ Transactive - AU & NZ is only compatible with Internet Explorer.
3	Access the Reports option of the Payments tab
4	From Payments > Reports > Filter follow the below steps to generate a report in Filter Mode: Select the Filter report you want to generate from the appropriate menu. For example, to generate the Future-Dated Payments Report, select: Payments > Reports > Filter > Single Payment Reports > Future-Dated Payments RESULT: A report Filter/Sort screen displays Select the Filters and Sort order(s) you want to apply to the report. Depending on the report selected, you may be able to filter by Payment Status, Date, Amount, Account Number and Currency. When you have specified the report criteria, click View Results. RESULT: The report generates and displays in the Report window.

Download Administration Reports

1	From ANZ Transactive Global access the Applications menu. Select ANZ Transctive – AU & NZ
2	A new window will open for ANZ Transactive – AU & NZ ANZ Transactive - AU & NZ is only compatible with Internet Explorer.
3	Access the Reports option of the Admin tab. Note this can only be accessed by ANZ Transactive – AU & NZ Administrators.
4	From Admin > Reports > Filter follow the below steps to generate a report in Filter Mode: Select the Filter report you want to generate from the appropriate menu. For example, to generate the Roles Report, select: Admin > Reports > Filter > Roles Report RESULT: A report Filter/Sort screen displays Select the Filters and Sort order(s) you want to apply to the report. Depending on the report selected, you may be able to filter by Payment Status, Date, Amount, Account Number and Currency. When you have specified the report criteria, click View Results. RESULT: The report generates and displays in the Report window.
