ANZ Transactive Trade
ANZ Transactive Trade is a digital banking solution, allowing eligible users to create, approve and manage trade and supply chain finance transactions online.
You can access ANZ Transactive Trade by logging into the digital application with your User ID and password and, if required, two-factor authentication (2FA).
Once transactions are initiated and approved in ANZ Transactive Trade, ANZ processes the transaction and returns an electronic notification via the digital platform and, if applicable, via an email notification.
You can view and track historical trade instruments, including data management and audit history. You can also schedule and download reports in PDF, XLSX and CSV.
You can also view and approve Trade transactions on the go using the ANZ Transactive - Global Mobile app.

Transactive Trade - Menus
Menus contain features that are accessible from all screens within the application, based on your user entitlements.

New Instruments | Click New Instruments to create an instrument from a prefilled template, copy from an existing instrument or a new instrument. |
Transactions | Click Transactions to view and search for transactions from the Pending Transactions, Authorised Transactions or History screen. |
Reports | Click Reports to view and download Standard Reports in CSV, PDF or XLSX, or create Custom Reports. |
Reference Data | Click Reference Data to create and manage templates, address book parties, company user profiles. |
Upload Centre | If applicable, click Upload Centre to manage Supply Chain Finance invoices, purchase orders and credit notes. |
Subsidiary Access | If applicable, click Subsidiary Access to access the parent organisation's subsidiary entities. |
Transactive Trade - Statuses
Workflow Statuses
As a Trade transaction progresses through the trade workflow, it proceeds through several different statuses, based on the actions performed.
STATUS | DESCRIPTION |
Started | The transaction has been initiated, but not verified. |
Ready to Authorise | The transaction has been verified and is ready for authorisation. |
Ready to Check | The transaction is ready to check before authorisation. |
Repair | The transaction requires repair before authorisation. |
Authorised | The transaction has been authorised by all required authoriser(s) and sent to ANZ for processing. |
Authorised Failed | The transaction failed the authorisation's required parameters, e.g. the same user attempting the authorise more than once. |
Partially Authorised | The transaction is partially authorised and requires additional authorisers to complete the approval process as per the signing mandate. |
Processed by Bank | The transaction has been processed by ANZ. The instrument status changes from ‘Pending’ to ‘Active’. |
Cancelled by Bank | The transaction has been cancelled by ANZ. e.g.

Instrument Statuses
As a Trade transaction progresses through the trade workflow, it proceeds through several different statuses, based on the actions performed.

Active | The instrument is active. |
Cancelled | The instrument has been cancelled. |
Closed | The instrument has been closed as of the expiry date. |
Deactivated | The instrument has been deactivated 30 days after the expiry date. |
Paid | The transaction has been paid. |
Pending | The transaction is pending, awaiting further processing. |
Mail Message Statuses
As per Notification Rules, receive in-channel Mail Messages from ANZ. You can also reply or create new Mail Messages to send to ANZ.

Notification Statuses
As per Notification Rules, receive in-channel Notifications from ANZ.

Transactive Trade - Screens
To view and track the status of your Transactive Trade transactions, click Transactions from the Application Banner menu and select Pending Transactions, Authorised Transactions or History.
Pending Transactions
The Pending Transactions screen provides a list of transactions awaiting completion and authorisation. Based on your user entitlements, you can authorise a transaction(s) from this screen in a Ready to Authorise or Partially Authorised workflow status.

Authorise a transaction from the Pending Transactions screen
Eligible users can authorise transactions for processing.
To authorise a transaction that is in a Ready to Authorise or Partially Authorised status from the Pending Transactions screen, follow the below steps:

2 | If required, filter transactions list from the grid |
3 | Select the checkbox(es) for the transaction(s) to authorise |
5 | Click Authorise |
6 | Enter your Authorisation credentials to approve the transaction(s)

Route a transaction from the Pending Transactions screen
Eligible users can route transactions to recipients in your Organisation.
To route transactions from the Pending Transactions screen, follow the below steps:

1 | Click Transactions > Pending Transactions from the Application Banner menu |
2 | If required, filter transactions list from the grid |
3 | Select the checkbox(es) for the transaction(s) to route |
4 | Click Route |
5 | Select recipient Person or Organisation

Delete a transaction from the Pending Transactions screen
Eligible users can delete transactions that have not been sent to the bank for processing.
To delete transactions from the Pending Transactions screen, follow the below steps:

2 | If required, filter transactions list from the grid |
3 | Select the checkbox(es) for the transaction(s) to delete |
4 | Click Delete |

Authorised Transactions
The Authorised Transactions screen provides a list of authorised transactions and is awaiting bank processing.

Transactive Trade - Subsidiary Organisations
A parent company can manage several organisations across multiple jurisdictions (excl. Indonesia) in ANZ Transactive Trade. These organisations are referred to as subsidiary companies. Within ANZ Transactive Trade, eligible users can access subsidiary reports, create and authorise transactions, and have a complete overview of their assigned subsidiary companies with access from the parent organisation. Below is an example of this hierarchy.
Subsidiary Access
Eligible users can access Subsidiary companies to create and authorisation transactions, view and download reports and manage reference data. For more information, please refer to Manage User profiles.

RESULT: The Subsidiary Home screen dashboard will open.
The Application Banner includes the Parent Name and the Subsidiary Name. You can return to the parent organisation by clicking Back to My Organisation from the Application Banner menu.
