Payments
To view the details of an Asia & Pacific payment, you can do one of the following:
- Select a payment from the Approve Payments screen
- Select a payment from the Current Payments screen
- Select a payment from the Past Payments screen
The Payment details screen consists of five main sections:
- Payment ID - Displays key payment information including Payment ID, Value Date, Total Payment Amount and the Status. The information displayed varies depending on the payment type.
- Payment Method - Displays the Payment Method: RTGS, ACH, Cross Border, etc.
- Payment Details - Displays the details of the selected payment including Ordering Party Name, Confidential indicator, Execution Date, Beneficiary Count and Individual Debit indicator. The information displayed varies depending on the payment type.
- Beneficiary Details - Displays the Beneficiary summary details including Status, Account, Beneficiary Name, Your Reference, individual Beneficiary Amount, Total Beneficiary Count and Total Payment Amount.
- FX Details - If required, displays the Market FX Rate, Calc Method, Equivalent Amount
Payment Contol Bar
The control bar items displayed, are determined by the status of the payment and your user permissions.

Approve | Approve the selected payment.
The button will only be enabled if the payment is in a Ready to Authorise or Partially Authorised status and you have Approve entitlements.

Repair | Send the selected payment for Repair.
The button will only be enabled if the payment is in a Ready to Authorise, Partially Authorised, Ready to Check or Authorise Failed status and you have Repair entitlements.

Open with Transactive Trade / APEA | Open the selected payment in ANZ Transactive Trade / APEA in a new tab without the need for you to login again. |
Refresh | Refresh the details on the screen. |
Close | Close the Payment screen and return to the previous screen. |
Transfer Between Accounts
To view the details of an Asia & Pacific Transfer Between Accounts payment, you can do one of the following:
- Select Transfer Between Accounts from the Approve Payments screen
- Select Transfer Between Accounts from the Current Payments screen
- Select Transfer Between Accounts from the Past Payments screen
The Transfer Between Accounts screen consists of five main sections:
- Payment ID - Displays key Transfer Between Accounts information including Payment ID, Transfer Date, Total Payment Amount and the Status.
- From - Displays the Debit Account, Debit Currency, Debit Amount and Debit Party Name.
- To - Displays the Credit Account, Credit Currency, Credit Amount and Credit Party Name.
- Payment Details - Displays the Confidential indicator and Description on Statement.
- FX Details - If required, displays the Market FX Rate, Calc Method, Equivalent Amount
Transfer Between Accounts Contol Bar
The control bar items displayed, are determined by the status of the Transfer Between Accounts payment and your user permissions.
