ANZ Digital Key in the ANZ Transactive mobile app
From 14 March 2022, ANZ Digital Key will be available in the ANZ Transactive mobile app. If you have activated ANZ Digital Key on your mobile device, download the latest ANZ Transactive mobile app and use ANZ Digital Key for activities requiring Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) instead of your token.
If you have activated ANZ Digital Key on your mobile device and have downloaded the latest ANZ Transactive mobile app, the system will set your preferred security device to ANZ Digital Key. If you would rather use your token, go to Settings > Security and enable Token under Two-Factor Authentication.

Will I be forced to download the updated ANZ Transactive mobile app?
No, you will not receive a prompt to download the latest ANZ Transactive mobile app. However, the new version will automatically download if you have automatic downloads setup on your mobile device.
Do I need to download a new version of the ANZ Digital Key app?
If you have downloaded version 21.1 of the ANZ Digital Key app that was published in November 2021, then you do not need to download a newer version.
Do I need to enable ANZ Digital Key on the updated ANZ Transactive mobile app?
The updated ANZ Transactive mobile app will have a new Two-Factor Authentication section in Settings > Security which details what type of security device the app is expecting.
When you logon to the mobile app after downloading the latest version, the settings in Two-Factor Authentication may change based on the types of security devices you have activated:

I am being asked to approve a payment using ANZ Digital Key but would prefer to use my token. How can I change this setting?
In the ANZ Transactive mobile app, go to Settings > Security and enable Token in the Two-Factor Authentication section. The next time you login, the app will ask for your token One-Time-Password when approving a payment.
How do I provision ANZ Digital Key to my user profile?
Please contact your ANZ Representative or Customer Service Centre as a form needs to be completed in order to provision ANZ Digital Key to your user profile.
