Create a Virtual Account

| 1 | Click Menu > Supplementary Account Services. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 2 | Click CREATE on the Control Bar: | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 3 | Click CREATE ACCOUNT: | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 4 | Select a Parent Account under which the new Virtual Account will be created. This can be either a Physical Account or another Virtual Account. RESULT: The Parent Account Name and Parent Account Number are displayed. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 5 | If required and if Parent Account is a Physical Account, select an Account Prefix in the Structure drop-down. If only one prefix is available, it will be auto-populated and locked. If duplicate prefixes exist, they will be displayed along with the associated product name to help you choose the correct one. RESULT: The currency associated with the selected Account Prefix and associated Product are displayed. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
6 | Select the Type of Virtual Account to create: Controlled account
Context ID Enter the Number of virtual accounts to create under the Parent Account. You can request up to 999 Context Identifiers. Options displayed are based on the selected Parent Account and Account Prefix. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
7 | Click SUBMIT. RESULT: If you have selected a Customer specified Virtual Account number format and/or Update VA details, go to Step 7. If not, go to Step 8. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
8 | If you have selected a Customer specified Virtual Account number format and/or Update VA details, enter the virtual account information: Virtual Account Details

9 | If the Parent Account is a Virtual Account, choose to copy details from below and update as required:

| 10 | If you have requested a Customer specified Virtual Account number format, enter a Phone number. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 11 | If you have requested a Customer specified Virtual Account number format, enter an Email ID (address). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 12 | If you have requested a Customer specified Virtual Account number format, enter a Country. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 13 | If you have requested a Customer specified Virtual Account number format, enter the Zip/Postal code using only letters and numbers (special characters aren’t allowed). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 14 | If required, select the State/province from the drop-down. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 15 | If required, select a City from the drop-down. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 16 | If required, enter the Address Line 1 to Address Line 4 of the contact address. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 17 | Do you wish to continue the account creation at a later stage?

19 | Review the account details and click SUBMIT. RESULT: The request to create a Virtual Account/Context ID has been submitted. |
