Edit Virtual Account Screens

You can edit Virtual Accounts in a Processed by the Bank or Rejected by Approver status.

STEP	ACTION
1	Click Menu > Supplementary Account Services.
2	If required, search for the account to edit. Use Search on the Control Bar and enter searchable criteria, or Sort the Account details column by clicking the column heading to reorder column by ascending or descending order.
3	Click on the tree diagram icon to display a list of Virtual Accounts.
4	If required, search for the account to edit. Use Search on the Control Bar and enter searchable criteria, or Sort the Account details column by clicking the column heading to reorder column by ascending or descending order.
5	Click the Navigate to account details arrow.
6	Click EDIT on the Control Bar.
7	If required, update Account details and click CONTINUE. The following fields are not editable: Virtual Account Number, Parent Account Name, Parent Account Number, Sub Account Prefix and Branch Code.
8	If required, update Contact information and click CONTINUE.
9	If required, update Additional reference and click CONTINUE.
10	Review the account details and click SUBMIT. RESULT: The request to edit a Virtual Account has been submitted.
