Close Virtual Account

Close a Virtual Account

STEP ACTION
1 Click Menu > Supplementary Account Services.

If required, search for the account to close.

  • Use Search on the Control Bar and enter searchable criteria, or
  • Sort the Account details column by clicking the column heading to reorder column by ascending or descending order.
3 Click on the tree diagram icon to display a list of Virtual Accounts.

If required, search for the account to close.

  • Use Search on the Control Bar and enter searchable criteria, or
  • Sort the Account details column by clicking the column heading to reorder column by ascending or descending order.
5 Click the Navigate to account details arrow.
6 Click CLOSE on the Control Bar.
7 If required, select an account from the Transfer to drop-down list to move remaining funds to.
8 Enter the Reason for closure (up to 200 characters).
9 Click CONTINUE.

Review the account closure details and click SUBMIT.

RESULT: The request to close a Virtual Account has been submitted.
