Edit Interest Profile – ANZ Digital Services Help

Edit Virtual Account Screen

The following image is an example of the Edit Interest Profile screen.

You can edit active Interest Profiles.

STEP	ACTION
1	Click Menu > Supplementary Account Services.
2	Click I WANT TO ... > Interest Profiles on the Control Bar.
3	If required, search for the Interest Profile to edit. Use Search on the Control Bar and enter searchable criteria, or Sort columns by clicking the column heading to reorder column by ascending or descending order.
4	Click the Navigate to interest profiles details arrow.
5	Click EDIT on the Control Bar.
6	If required, update Profile details and click CONTINUE. The following fields are not editable: Description, Effective From Date, Interest Type, Interest Rate Model, Interest Rate Type, Interest Rate.
7	If required, update Interest type and click CONTINUE.
8	Review the Interest Profile details and click UPDATE. RESULT: The request to update an Interest Profile has been submitted.
