A refreshed look, with familiar ways of working
From the end of July 2026, we are refreshing the look and navigation of ANZ Transactive Global. The update will be released in stages over a few weeks to support a smooth transition.
You’ll notice a more modern, consistent user interface (UI) and improved navigation across the platform. While the way you move to tasks and information is evolving, the underlying processes remain consistent.
This means you will continue to manage activities such as administration tasks, creating transactions, running reports, viewing balances, and managing approvals using workflows you are familiar with.
The result is a refreshed, future‑ready experience that feels familiar from the moment you log in.
What the interface refresh focuses on
The interface refresh has been designed with a strong focus on usability and clarity. Key improvements include:
- Improving accessibility, usability and navigation across the platform
- Reducing cognitive load through clearer layouts, spacing and visual hierarchy
- Refreshing the look and feel with updated ANZ colours and typography
- Creating a more consistent experience across ANZ Transactive Global
What's changing
The most noticeable changes are to the home screen dashboard and navigation, along with the updated ANZ branding.
While some features on the home screen have moved, they continue to provide the same functionality, with some usability improvements. These changes include:
- Refreshed left‑hand menu, using icons alongside menu names for recognition and groups features intuitively
- Consolidated and enhanced dashboard widgets to present information clearly
- Relocated user settings, support and training, downloaded reports and notifications to the User toolbar in the lower section of the menu for consistency
The left-hand menu has been updated with a modified structure and labelling.
Key changes include:
- Updated navigation panel layout
- Icons displayed alongside menu names for recognition
- Grouping of menu features
All menu options remain available in the screen based on your user entitlements, allowing you to access the same services and features as before, using a clearer and more intuitive layout.
