Upcoming Customer Administrator role enhancements for Commercial Cards customers
In the coming months, we are enhancing the Customer Administrator role in ANZ Transactive Global to simplify administration and deliver a more consistent experience.
Customer Administrators will be able to view and manage users with Commercial Cards access directly within the Administration menu, using their existing entitlements.
This enhancement enables administrators to manage user access across multiple products within ANZ Transactive Global, such as Cash Management, Loans, FX Services, Data Insights, Commercial cards and others, without needing additional roles or forms.

Why it's changing
Currently, Customer Administrators cannot view or manage users with Commercial Cards access unless they also hold an appropriate Commercial Cards role.
This creates a visibility gap and often requires additional forms and manual steps.
This enhancement removes that complexity and gives Customer Administrators a complete view of users.
What stays the same
- the process for appointing bank-managed Commercial Card roles, (Authorised Signatory and Identification Officer), will not change
- existing approval workflows and audit controls remain in place
- existing Commercial Cards functionality remains unchanged
Who is impacted
This enhancement applies to Customer Administrators in Australia and New Zealand who are associated with an ANZ Transactive Global site that has Commercial Cards enabled alongside other ANZ Transactive Global products.
In particular, it applies to Customer Administrators who currently cannot view Commercial Card users because they do not have a Commercial Cards role.
Important information
- The Customer Administrator role does not provide access to the Commercial Cards menu. Access to Commercial Card balances, transactions, and service requests remains restricted to users who are assigned a Commercial Cards role
- This enhancement applies only to the Administration menu only, where you manage users and roles

If your organisation wants to retain the current visibility approach where Customer Administrators cannot see Commercial Card users unless they are also assigned an appropriate Commercial Cards role, please contact your ANZ representative by 1 August 2026.
