User Interface Refresh: ANZ Digital Services Help
We've updated ANZ Digital Services Help to align with the new interface refresh being rolled out to ANZ Transactive Global. You will notice a new look and feel, with screen images gradually being updated to reflect the changes. While most updates are visual and the steps remain the same, some articles may display earlier screen designs as we complete changes across more than 600 articles.
Here are some of the updates you’ll notice on the landing page:
- A refreshed user interface with a consistent look and feel
- Status Page has moved from Popular Articles to the top right of every page
- Popular Topics is now called Popular Articles
- Support Categories is now called Browse by Topic
- Feature Launches is now called Monthly Announcements
- ANZ Digital Services Videos is now called How-to videos
You’ll also notice some updates within articles, including:
- Expand all and collapse all options to scan and navigate article content, including steps, images, and supporting information
- Hyperlinks are now more prominent, making it easier to recognise links to related articles and videos
- Updated banner colours to align with new ANZ branding
