As part of a Reserve Bank of India (RBI) initiative to strengthen security and improve trust in digital financial services, ANZ will transition customers in India to the new ANZ.Bank.in domain for ANZ Transactive Global on 30 November 2026.
This industry-wide initiative aims to help combat online fraud, phishing attacks and fake banking websites by making it easier for customers to identify legitimate banking services.
If you are a user in India who currently access ANZ Transactive Global via:
transactive.online.anz.com
you will be redirected to:
transactive.ANZ.Bank.in
No other ANZ applications are impacted.
Although the existing URL will redirect to the new domain, your User ID will not be automatically populated on the login page. To assist with the enhancement, ANZ will send India-based users a reminder email containing their current ANZ Transactive Global User ID.
To prepare for the transition, we recommend that you:
- Save or retain a copy of your User ID
- Update any browser bookmarks or favourites once the new URL becomes available
To locate your user ID when logged into ANZ Transactive Global:
- Click the Profile icon (with your initials) on the bottom-left corner
- Click Settings
- Click Sign in & security
Your existing credentials will remain unchanged, including your:
- User ID
- Password
- ANZ Digital Key app
- Physical Security Token
To ensure you are accessing a legitimate ANZ Transactive Global link, always verify that the URL ends with ANZ.Bank.in before entering any personal or banking information. Be cautious of websites that appear similar to ANZ but use unusual or misspelled domain names.
