From 12th April 2021, the following new capability will be available in the ANZ Transactive – Global Mobile app:
Biometric Authentication replaces the need for you to enter your User ID and Password and instead will look up your biometric credentials stored on your device; Touch/Face ID for iOS and Fingerprint/Facial recognition for Android. Please note that a security device is still required for transaction signing (i.e. approvals).
You must ensure you save only your Face ID/Touch ID/Biometric credentials on any device you register for ANZ Transactive – Global Mobile. Face ID/Touch ID/Biometric credentials saved on your device can be used to access and transact on ANZ Transactive – Global Mobile.
To enable biometric authentication, follow the steps below:
|1||Ensure you have the latest version of the app installed on your mobile device and open the app.
RESULT: You will be prompted to enable biometric login.
|2||Validate your biometric credentials to enable the capability on your mobile device.
RESULT: The next time you log into the app, you will be able to log in using your biometrics instead of your User ID and Password.
To manually enable/disable biometric authentication, refer to the Biometrics Credentials section in the Mobile Overview and FAQs article.
Shipping Guarantee instruments and Export LC – Amend Transfer instruments will be available in the ANZ Transactive – Global Mobile app, providing you with the ability to view, approve and send these instruments for repair. You will also be able to view past Shipping Guarantees and Export LC Amend Transfer instruments via the History menu.
