The ANZ Digital Services Status Page provides you with the current status and any planned maintenance outages for ANZ products and channels including ANZ Transactive – Global, ANZ Fileactive and ANZ Cashactive.
- Operational (Green): Product or channel service(s) are operating at optimal performance.
- Degraded Performance (Yellow): Customers may experience a delay in performing an action through a product or channel service(s).
- Partial Outage (Amber/Orange): Some customers cannot perform an action through a product or channel service(s).
- Major Outage (Red): The majority of customers cannot perform an action through a product or channel service(s).
- Under Maintenance (Blue): ANZ is undergoing a scheduled maintenance on a product or channel service(s) and customers will not have access to these service(s) during this period.
ANZ Digital Services Status Page is monitored and updated between 7:00AM – 7:00PM (Sydney/Melbourne time) during business days.
