Fees and Charges provides the ability to view and analyse certain fees incurred by your organisation on ANZ products and services accessed via ANZ Transactive - Global.
- Fees and Charges is only available to view using a Chrome browser
- Fees and Charges data is updated on the 15th day of every month
- Fees and Charges is available for ANZ Transactive - Global fees for Australia domiciled accounts
- Fees shown in Fees and Charges exclude GST
- Fees and Charges does not show all fees and charges incurred for using ANZ products and services
The Dashboard displays fee information for up to 24 months, categorised by monthly payable fees, receivable fees, total fees and other fees and presented in customisable charts.
Fees and Charges Panel
The Fees and Charges panel can be used to customise the fee data displayed in the Dashboard based on your selected division/s and date range.
If your Organisation has multiple divisions, you can view your division hierarchy by clicking your Organisation name and selecting the appropriate division.
To export the Dashboard results into PowerPoint (PPT), select the download icon

Customising Chart View
All charts can be customised to suit your preferences.

Fees and Charges Details
The Fees and Charges Details table displays a line item view of fees charged based on Division and selected date range.
You can view 10, 50 or 100 rows of transactions on each scrollable table. To view rows in the following or prior tables, click Next or Previous.
The table also calculates the Total Volume and the Sum of Total Fees (AUD) excluding GST.

Charged to Account | Filter by debit account. |
Invoice Group | Filter by Invoice Group. |
Invoice Number | Filter by Invoice Number. |
Posting Date | The date the transaction was posted to the account. |
Activity Type | Filter by Activity Type, e.g., Statement Items, BPAY Payments. |
Reference ID | Filter by Transaction ID. |
Volume | View the number of units of a activity being charged. |
Total (AUD) | Total fees changed in a line item per volume by individual product. |
Category | Filter by Category, e.g., Other, Payables, Receivables. |
Product | Filter by Product Type, e.g., RTGS, Channel Fees, Direct Entry. |
Source Account | Filter by the bank account that the activity type has occurred. |
To export the data into CSV, click the download icon.
Customise your Dashboard layout
Click Edit to move, resize, add or remove charts.
Click Drag Widget to move charts to another position on the Dashboard. Charts can also be resized by clicking and dragging from the bottom right-hand corner.
Click Plus and then select to Add or Remove charts on your Dashboard. Click Save to save any changes made to your Dashboard.
