Administration Reports allows you to create, schedule, manage, and email User reports. You can run ad hoc Report Profiles, schedule reports to automatically run at a particular time and save reports for future use. Only scheduled and saved reports are displayed on the screen.
- Click on a row to view the View Report Profile screen
- Right-click on a row to Run, Edit, Copy or Delete a Report Profile
|View||Change the View to display Scheduled and Not Scheduled reports.|
|New||Click New to create a new Report Profile.
|Edit||Edit a Report Profile.|
|Copy||Copy a Report Profile.|
|Delete||Delete a Report Profile.|
|Group||Group data on the screen by predefined criteria.|
|Filter||Filter data on the screen. Enter criteria into one or more text boxes that are under each column heading to display matching records.|
|Export||Export the records on screen into a CSV file.|
|Refresh||Refresh the records on screen.|
|Settings||Use Settings to save the View and Group selected.|

|Download Report||Click to download the Report Profile.|
|Last Updated||Date and time the report was last updated.|
|Profile Name||Name of the Report Profile.|
|Report Type||Type of report:
|Format||File Type: CSV or PDF.|
|Schedule||For Scheduled Report Profiles, the frequency of the report:
|Previous Run Date||Previous date and time the report was generated.|
|Next Run Date||For Scheduled Report Profiles, the next scheduled run date and time.|
|End Date||For Scheduled Report Profiles, the end date of the scheduled report.|
