View Periodic Payment (Australia & New Zealand)

Periodic Payment Schedules

Follow the steps below to view a summary of a periodic payment schedule from the grid or view the full details of the schedule to display additional information. To view a sample of the Periodic Payment Details screen, please refer to Periodic Payment screens.

STEP ACTION
1 Go to the Payments > Periodic Payments screen
2 Locate the periodic payment you want to view. There are several ways to view a payment template: 
  • Use the View menu if you are looking for a periodic payment in a particular status. Choose from Pending Approval, Active, Deleted or Requires Action.
  • Use Filter on the Control Bar. Enter criteria into one or more text boxes that are under each column heading to display matching records.
  • Sort columns by clicking on the column heading. The column will reorder in ascending order. Click again to order in descending order.
3 Use one of the following methods to view the View Periodic Domestic Payments screen:
  • Method 1: Click on the periodic payment in the list
  • Method 2: Right-click on the periodic payment and click View on the Context Menu
  • Method 3: Select the periodic payment and click Actions > View on the Control Bar
