About creating a payment using a template
Using a preconfigured payment template, reduces time and provides consistency for your frequently used payment instructions. Templates can be created for a number of different payment types.

How to create a payment using a template
To create a payment using a preconfigured template from the Create Payments screen, follow the steps below.

| 1 | Click Payments > Create Payment menu |
| 2 | Click Use Payment Template |

Search and select your payment template from the grid. You can enter part or all of the following searchable criteria:

RESULT: A new payment is created based on your preconfigured template instruction and in a Draft status.

Next Steps
When the payment has been created from a template you can choose from the following options:
- update the payment instruction
- Review and Sumit the payment instruction
- Save as Draft
