Payment Alerts

Geography: This article is applicable for ANZ Transactive - Global customers banking in all ANZ geographies who use the Payments menu. For customers in Pacific and Laos, please refer to Asia & Pacific Payments.

  • This functionality is only available to users with access to Payments
  • Alerts are triggered at a customer level. For example, you will receive a Transaction Processed alert for every payment processed, not just those that you created
  • Payment Alerts currently do not apply to payments initiated via ANZ Fileactive Host-to-Host non-STP (straight through processing)

You can receive payment alerts to your registered email address. To setup payment alerts, please refer to User Settings > Settings & Preferences. 

ALERT DESCRIPTION
Adhoc Beneficiary Used You will receive an email each time an adhoc beneficiary is used in a payment.
To reduce the risk of fraud, ANZ recommends enabling this setting.
Transaction Pending Authorisation You will receive an email each time a transaction is pending approval.
Payment Released to Bank for Processing You will receive an email each time a payment has been submitted for processing.
Transaction Processed You will receive an email each time a payment is processed.
  • For bulk payments, you will receive one email notification.
  • For bulk payments with the individual debit indicator selected, you will receive an email notification for each debit to your account.
Beneficiary Updates You will receive an email each time a beneficiary in the Beneficiaries screen has been updated and approved.
Debit Advice

(China, Hong Kong & Singapore)

 You will receive a notification each time a payment is processed through ANZ Transactive - Global with a Completed or Completed with Error status. This feature is only available to users who are entitled to the account.
Credit Advice

(China, Hong Kong & Singapore)

 You will receive a notification each time a credit is deposited into your account. This feature is only available to users who are entitled to the account.
PayTo Agreement Pending Authorisation You will receive a notification each time a PayTo Agreement is pending approval.
PayTo Agreement Other Updates You will receive a notification each time a PayTo Agreement is modified, paused or cancelled.
