About Past Payments
Past Payments are any payments that are in a Completed, Completed with Error or Bank Rejected status. Using single or multiple search criteria(s), you can locate one to many payments that meet the searchable elements from the Past Payments menu. You can then create a payment from a past payment transaction.
Create a payment from a past payment
There are multiple ways you can create a payment using a past payment in ANZ Transactive - Global from the Payments menu:
- Click Create Payment > Use Past Payment (see step-by-step instructions below)
- Click Past Payments > Refer to Copy Payment

Search and select your payment from the grid. Using single or multiple search criteria(s), locate one to many payments that meet the searchable elements. You can enter part or all of the following searchable criteria:

5 | Click on the payment from the grid, then click Yes or Copy Payment. |
6 | Click Yes in the confirmation pop-up window
RESULT: A payment has been saved in draft status with a new Payment ID.

Next Steps
When the payment has been created from a past payment you can choose from the following options:
- Update the payment instruction
- Review and submit the payment instruction
- Save as Draft
