To reduce the risk of fraud, ANZ recommends you always validate beneficiary details when using a past payment.
To create a payment using a past payment from the Create Payments screen, follow the steps below. Use can also copy a payment from the Past Payments screen.
|1||Go to the Payments > Create Payment screen and click Use Past Payment:
RESULT: The Use Past Payment pop-up window is displayed.
|2||Enter one or more search criteria to find the payment. You can enter part or all of the Payment Name, Debit Account, Payment Type, Payment Currency, Payment Amount or Value Date.
RESULT: A list of payments that match the search criteria are displayed.
|4||Select the payment to use from the list|
|5||Click Yes in the confirmation pop-up window
RESULT: A message is displayed providing the Payment ID and the payment is displayed in a Draft status.
