The following payment and advice reports are available:
REPORT | DESCRIPTION |

Payment Summary Report | Provides a summary payment report and includes payment header details and a single line for each instruction in the payment. |
Payment Detail Report | Provides a detailed payment report and includes complete payment header information and full details for each instruction in the payment. |
Payment Audit Report | Provides audit details for payments and includes:

Beneficiary Advice | An advice to inform the payment recipient that funds have been transferred to their account. If you instructed to send an Email Remittance Advice within the Beneficiary Details pop-up window, the advice is generated when the payment is processed. |
Debit Advice | An advice informing that the funds for a payment processed through ANZ Transactive – Global have been deducted from your account.
This functionality is only available in China.

Request Payment Reports from the Current Payments or Past Payments screens
STEP | ACTION |

1 | Go to the Payments > Current Payments or Past Payments screen |
2 | Locate the payment and use one of the following to request the required report:

3 | Choose a Report Format from the drop-down list. Choose from CSV, PDF or XLXS. |
4 | Choose a Report Language from the drop-down list. Choose from English or Simplified Chinese. |
5 | If you have selected CSV File Format, you can choose a Report Encoding from the drop-down list. Choose from:
File Encoding determines what data can be stored in the file. For example, ASCII can only store the basic set of English characters whereas UTF-8 can store every Unicode character.

6 | If required, enter a Report Name up to 20 characters |
7 | If required, enter a Report Description up to 100 characters |
8 | Click Submit
RESULT: The report will be created and available to download in Notifications or in Report Centre > Download Report.

Request Beneficiary Advice Report
A Beneficiary Advice Report can only be generated after the payment has been processed.
STEP | ACTION |

1 | Go to the Payments > Current Payments or Past Payments screen |
2 | Locate and click on the payment to display the Payment Details screen |
3 | Click Reports > Beneficiary Advice on the Control Bar |
4 | Select PDF as the Report Format from the drop-down list |
5 | If required, enter a Report Name up to 20 characters |
6 | If required, enter a Report Description up to 100 characters |
7 | By default, all Instructions in the payment with Beneficiary Advices will be added to the report. Choose Selected to find a particular Beneficiary Advice to add to the report. |
8 | Click Submit
RESULT: The report will be created and available to download in Notifications or in Report Centre > Download Report.

Request Debit Advice Report
A Debit Advice Report can only be generated after the payment has been processed.

7 | By default, all Instructions in the payment will be added to the report. Choose Selected to find a particular Beneficiary to add to the report. |
8 | Click Submit
