About Payment and Advice Reports
From the Current Payments and Past Payments menus, you can download payment, audit and debit advice reports from the payments grid.
To schedule, share and email reports, please refer to:
- For Australia, China & New Zealand payment reports, please refer to Report Centre.
- For Pacific & Laos payment reports, please refer to Asia & Pacific Reports.
- For Asia (excl. China) payment reports, please refer to Payment Reports.
The following payment and advice reports are available:
REPORT | DESCRIPTION |
---|---|
Payment Summary Report | Provides a summary payment report and includes payment header details and a single line for each instruction in the payment. |
Payment Detail Report | Provides a detailed payment report and includes complete payment header information and full details for each instruction in the payment. |
Payment Audit Report | Provides audit details for payments and includes:

Beneficiary Advice | An advice to inform the payment recipient that funds have been transferred to their account. If you instructed to send an Email Remittance Advice within the Beneficiary Details pop-up window, the advice is generated when the payment is processed. |
Debit Advice | An advice informing that the funds for a payment processed through ANZ Transactive – Global have been deducted from your account.
This functionality is available in China, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Request Payment Report
STEP | ACTION |
---|---|
1 | Click Payments > Current Payments or Click Payments > Past Payments menu. |
2 | Search and select payment(s) to request a report:

3 | Use one of the following methods to request the required report:

4 | Choose a Report Format. Choose from:
|
5 | Choose a Report Language. |
6 | If required, enter a Report Name up to 20 characters. |
7 | If required, enter a Report Description up to 100 characters. |
8 | Click Submit.
RESULT: The report will be created and available to download in Notifications or:

Request Beneficiary Advice Report
A Beneficiary Advice Report can only be generated after the payment has been processed.
STEP | ACTION |

1 | Click Payments > Current Payments or Click Payments > Past Payments menu. |
2 | Search and select payment to request a report from the Payment Details screen:

3 | Click Reports > Beneficiary Advice on the Control Bar. |
4 | Select PDF as the Report Format from the drop-down list. |
5 | If required, enter a Report Name up to 20 characters. |
6 | If required, enter a Report Description up to 100 characters. |
7 | By default, all Instructions in the payment with Beneficiary Advice will be added to the report. Choose Selected to find a particular Beneficiary Advice to add to the report. |
8 | Click Submit.
RESULT: The report will be created and available to download in Notifications or:
