About User Reports
You can request a User Report from the User Management or User Details screen. These reports are run on an ad hoc basis and are saved to the Reports menu. Please also refer to Create and schedule Administration Reports.
STEP | ACTION |
1 | Click Administration > User Management menu. |
2 | Select the user(s) from the grid and choose from one of the following methods to request a report.

3 | If required, enter Report Name up to 20 characters. |
4 | Select Report Format. Choose from CSV or PDF. |
5 | Select Date.

6 | Select Audit Event Type.
Choose event from:

7 | If required, select Functions (User Activity Report only).
Choose from:
Click Add to add one or more functions.

8 | Click Submit.
RESULT: Report will be generated and available on your screen.
