You can request a User Report from the User Management or User Details screen. These reports are run on an ad hoc basis and are saved to the Download Reports screen. Please also refer to Create and schedule Administration Reports.

Go to Administration > User Management screen. |

Select the user(s) from the grid and choose from one of the following methods to request a report.

Method 1: Right-click on the user(s) and click Reports > report type on the Context Menu

Method 2: Click Reports on the Control Bar and report type

Method 3: Click on one user to display to User Details screen, then click Reports > report type on the Control Bar

Enter the following fields: Fields are dependent on report type selected:

Report Name up to 20 characters

Report Format - PDF or CSV
- Select Date:
Choose date from:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Week to Date (current week, beginning Monday, to today, e.g. if Wednesday, data will include Mon, Tues of current week)
- Previous Week (Mon–Sun of previous week)
- Month to Date (current month to today, e.g. if Wednesday 3 Dec, will include Dec 1, 2)
- Previous Month
- Specific Date
- Date Range
- Select Audit Event Type (Audit Report only)
Choose event from:
- Approved
- Created
- Deleted
- Disabled
- Enabled
- Modified
- Password Reset
- Rejected
- Select Functions (User Activity Report only)
Choose functions from:
Click Add to add one or more functions.
