The following user reports are available:
REPORT | DESCRIPTION |
---|---|
Audit History Report | Details the actions that have been made to a user, the Administrator who performed the action and when it occurred. |
User Activity Report | Provides a report detailing users’ interactions with the system, including timestamps, IP addresses, services, functions and actions involved.
Can be generated from Administration or the Report Centre.

User Details Report | Provides a user’s general information and details the applications, roles & permissions assigned to the user. |
User Summary Report | Provides a CSV report with a user's general details, the roles they are entitled to, last login details and their Authorisation Group. |
To generate a report from the User Management screen, select one or more users and click Reports on the Control Bar. Alternatively, right-click and select the report from the Context Menu.
To select all users, tick the box next to the first column in the header:

To generate a report from the User Details screen, click Reports on the Control Bar:
Audit Report
- Select Audit Report from the Reports menu
RESULT: The Generate Report pop-up window is displayed.
- If required, enter a Report Name up to 20 characters
- Choose a Report Format from the drop-down list. Choose from CSV or PDF.
- Select a Date. Choose from Today, Yesterday, Week to Date, Previous Week, Month to Date, Previous Month, Specific Date or Date Range.
- Select an Audit Event Type. Choose from All, Approved, Created, Deleted, Disabled, Enabled, Modified, Password Reset or Rejected.
- Click Submit
RESULT: The report will be created and available in Administration > Download Reports.

To select all functions, tick the box next to the Functions heading. - Click Add Selected Functions
- Click Submit
RESULT: The report will be created and available in Administration > Download Reports.
User Details Report
- Select User Details Report from the Reports menu
RESULT: The Generate Report pop-up window is displayed.
- If required, enter a Report Name up to 20 characters
- Choose a Report Format from the drop-down list. Choose from CSV or PDF.
- Click Submit
RESULT: The report will be created and available in Administration > Download Reports.
User Summary Report
- Select User Summary Report from the Reports menu
RESULT: The Generate Report pop-up window is displayed.
- If required, enter a Report Name up to 20 characters
- The Report Format will default to CSV
- Click Submit
RESULT: The report will be created and available in Administration > Download Reports.
