As a service request moves through the service request workflow, the status will change as a result of the actions performed. The following table details each service request status.
SERVICE REQUEST STATUS | DESCRIPTION |
---|---|
Awaiting Fulfillment | The service request has been successfully submitted to ANZ and is awaiting fulfillment. |
Approved | The service request has been fully approved and will begin processing by ANZ. |
Cancelled |
The service request has been cancelled by ANZ or the Customer. View Service Request Details to view the cancellation details in the Comments & Supporting documents section. |
Completed | The service request has been completed by ANZ. View Service Request Details to view the completion details in the Comments & Supporting documents section. |
Information Provided | The additional information has been successfully submitted to ANZ. |
In Progress | The service request is being processed by ANZ. |
More Information Required |
Additional information is required by ANZ in order to process the service request. View Service Request Details to view the additional information required in the Comments & Supporting documents section. The service request will remain in this status until the required additional information is submitted to ANZ. Once the additional information has been submitted, the status will update to Information Provided. |
Partially Successfully | The service request contains at least one item, but not all, that could not be successfully processed by ANZ. View Service Request Details to view the associated errors in the Errors & Alerts section. |
Pending Approval |
The service request has been created and submitted for approval. If the request requires multiple approvals, it will remain in this status until the final approval has been actioned. Once fully approved the service request will be sent to ANZ for processing and the status will change to Approved. |
Pending Cancel |
The service request has been cancelled by the Customer while the service request is being processed by ANZ. Once ANZ reviews and processes the cancellation, the status will update to Cancelled. |
Rejected | The service request has been rejected by one of the approvers. |
Submitted | The service request has been submitted to ANZ and is awaiting processing. |
Successful | The service request has been successfully processed by ANZ. |
Unsuccessful | The service request could not be successfully processed by ANZ. View Service Request Details to view the associated errors in the Errors & Alerts section. |
