The Account Group Report includes the name, description, type, status and accounts assigned to an account group. To generate an Account Group Report for one or more account groups, follow the steps below:
Use Method 1 or 2 to generate a report for several account groups. To select all account groups, tick the box next to the first column in the header.
|1||Go to the Administration > Account Group Management screen|
|2||Locate the account group(s) and use one of the following methods to generate a report:
To find an account group, click Filter and enter a search string into one or more of the text fields that appear under the column headings.
|3||If required, enter a Report Name up to 20 characters|
|4||Choose a Report Format from the drop-down list. Choose from CSV or PDF.|
RESULT: The report will be created and available in Administration > Download Reports.
