To reopen a service request that is in a Completed status, follow the steps below.
- This action is only available for selected service requests and must be actioned within 14 days of the service request being completed
- You must have the appropriate permissions to reopen a service request
- You will receive an email each time a service request status changes
|1||Go to the Service Requests > Cash Management screen|
|2||Search the service requests on screen by using Search or Filter:
RESULT: The service requests that are in a Completed status will be displayed
|3||Click on the service request in the list to display the Service Requests Details screen|
RESULT: The Reopen Reason pop-up window is displayed.
|5||Select a reason and enter details for reopening the service request and click Submit
RESULT: The request status will be changed to In Progress status
