An Administrator can assign the View and Create roles to users in your organisation. Refer to Cash Management Roles & Permission Settings in User Permissions for more information.
What Service Request roles cannot be assigned to users by an Administrator?
The Transact or Appoint role cannot be assigned to a user by an Administrator and needs to be assigned by ANZ. Please contact your ANZ representative as paperwork needs to be completed and actioned by ANZ.
What happens when you try to stop a presented cheque?
You will receive an error message saying "Request unsuccessful. System code: 46250 - Cheque presented. Contact the Customer Service Centre."
What is account level provisioning and how does it work?
Account level provisioning allows you to specify the accounts within a legal entity that a user should have access to instead of the user inheriting access to ‘All’ accounts automatically. Therefore, when you give access to a user in the company, you can indicate whether that user requires access to:
- ‘All accounts’ – providing the user access to the legal entity and all accounts within it; or
- ‘Selected accounts’ – providing the user access to the selected accounts only
